Gather every Record of Employment from the last 52 weeks

Gather the ROE form from every employer who paid you in the 52 weeks before your benefit period, not just your main employer.

What do I do if my baby is born prematurely and I'm still working?

If your baby is born prematurely, your maternity leave automatically begins on the day of birth, regardless of when you planned to start. You're still entitled to the full 18 weeks of maternity benefits.

If your baby requires extended hospitalization, you may be able to delay part of your parental leave until after the baby comes home, but this must be arranged with QPIP.
